Pre-Clean
- Remove dirt, algae, and grime by water blasting at low to medium pressure
- More pressure is applied to large hard to reach areas
Repairs
- Repair stucco/drywall surfaces to match surrounding area
- Caulk around door trim and patio ceilings
Surface Preperation
- Wire brush or hand scrape any loose paint
- Scuff sand glossy enamel surfaces for better coverage
- Protect areas not to be painted with paper, plastic, tape, and drop clothes
Prime
- Prime all new or raw stucco surfaces and bare concrete stem wall
Paint
- Prime repaired areas with manufacturer recommended products
- Application of quality paints applied for consistent professional finish
Clean
- Complete clean up shall be performed; includes sweeping up of paint chips and trash removal
Inspect
- Complete and finalize project
- Crew inspection followed by detailed owner inspection and sign off
